Health and Safety Risk Assessment for Reach Out
I have produced this risk assessment for Reach Out to ensure that no one is intentially hurt and that all risks have been considered before shooting. All risks will be managed, which has been shown above and the actors will have access to this risk assessment before shooting.
I found a template online which I used as my guideline:
For my AS piece, I produced the risk assessment for my window smashing scene during post-production, as I didn't know how it was going to work out. I have produced my risk assessment before hand for my AS piece as I now know from experience that these things need to be thought about, which is going to be helpful during production. I also didn't produce any evidence or research into different risk assessments templates during my AS piece.
